Teaching young children the mechanics of how to hit a baseball or softball can be difficult due to the required body positioning and coordination.
Proper foot placement within a batter’s box is necessary for learning how to hit a baseball. Most children learning to swing a bat requires a coach to continually position and reposition their feet near a tee or home plate. Once a child swings the bat, the child often forgets exactly where their feet are supposed to be positioned while hitting. The coach then must attend to the child and reposition their feet. Also the little PEEBS Tee-Ball-Training-Mat shows positioning a batter in order to hit balls to different directions in relation to a baseball field, such as left field, center field, and right field. Also it is used to help position and show foot placement of a catcher, coach or umpire.

Material Rebound 2000, very durable with a rubber backing and can last for years as long as it is used properly and taken care of.

I have been coaching T-Ball, coach pitch, and kid pitch baseball for 10 years. One of the hardest things to do as a coach is to get kids to place their feet properly.
I have used bats, hats , cones , gloves, my hands, and my feet to get kids to place their feet where l want them and to keep them in place.

All of you coaches out there that work with youngsters know exactly what I’m talking about. The little peebs is worth it’s weight in gold. This mat saves me soo much time, BP takes half the time it used to.

I just tell the kid put your feet in the green footprints and it’s done.

I can’t believe no one has thought of this until now, I would recommend the little peebs to all coaches of youth players and all youth leagues it makes coaching so much easier for kids and coaches.
